I have a new Panasonic DMR-ES30V VCR and DVD Recorder and a Denon DVD-1600 DVD Player. The standard power codes for both turn both units on and off. I have been able to find a Panasonic discrete from one of their VHS Players that will only turn the DMR-ES30V on and off. My problem is finding a code or discrete that only works for the Denon unit. Any ideas or resolutions for this problem? I have tried many codes from this forum, but they either don't work at all or they still turn both units on. Thanks, Arnie...
