First of all, i want to thank you for taking the time to respond to my question. Now as for my WEBTV, it's a Phillips Magnavox. I don't know if that made a difference, but I proceeded any ways. The first obsticle I came to was the fact that my CBL/SAT button is used for my cable box, which i use when watching TV. I figured I could transfer the CBL/SAT to the VCR button, since i retired the VCR to the bedroom. I thought the remote wold just think I had 2 cable boxes. I then tried to enter the [0850] code to the VCR button on the remote. No dice.
Well, take your pick as to what I did wrong. It just feels like somethings not right. I just hope you can give me some more suggestions after, and if, you can figure out what I did, did wrong, or both. All I know for sure, is that I'm with this remote until the wheels fall off. I love this stuff! Now, if I could only get better at it. Thanx in advance for any help, or comments.
