Finally got through to Tandy CS. The code for TIVO is 0618 but the 15-1994 does not have this code and RS will not update it, even if sent in. The rep suggested that I trade it in for a model upgradable by phone. I requested any advanced codes just in case they may work.

I like the remote but I ran out of memory after learning the TIVO keys and a small number of others. I've tried all the tricks mentioned in this group including several punts via the 9-8-0 reset. I may try one more restart but if I can't find a more efficient way to program my TIVO, I may have to spring for a Pronto.
