I had the same problem. The 0176 device code simply does not map well for the 2095. The advanced code lists also do not jive with the 2095 remote very well.
However, you can use the following advanced function codes to solve your problems. 100 = TV/DBS, 120 = CD. You can just program these codes onto the desired number keys. It worked for me!
