15-1994 and Yamaha 2095

I can't select the input devices! The numeric keypad works as follows: 1- Tuner; 2-VCR1; 3-VCR2; 4-?; 5-DVD; 6-Tape; 7-VAUX; 8-Phono' 9-?.

It skips the CD and TV input. This is one of the reasons why I left the Cinema 7. I tried learning the input function on the "learning keys" with no success. Also the three digit codes I have seen can't be programmed to the numeric keypad with success. Any ideas? I gues one option would be to wire my TV and CD to the VCR/AUX inputs.
