Well, I tried some of your newer ideas but no luck!! I'm not sure where the problem is occuring... maybe it is the long delays needed when switching Video inputs on my Toshiba TV. I started to play around with another approach (looks similiar to the one Mike outlined above). I'll have a macro to power on my base equipment. Then use the 1S, 2S, 3S & 4S keys to switch sources, set the receiver to the proper source and turn on any additional equipment needed (DVD, VCR...). I know I can program a macro to turn the TV to a channel then send a TV/Video to switch to Video Input One. I've had this one work. I think I may run into the same problem when I need to send 4X-TV/Video keypresses. I'll just have to live with it.
