As a result of the many positive comments on this thread, I picked up a RS 15-1994 this afternoon and had three of my devices working just fine within a few minutes:
JVC TV
General Instruments C-Band Satellite Receiver
LXI VCR

I also have a GE1105P DVD (which I understand is a rather new item on the market) which doesn't seem to respond to any of the GE codes in the booklet. I also checked the Radio Shack site to see if anything was mentioned in the Manufacturer's codes there.

I tried the "search" but was not successful (I may have mis-keyed something, but I tried to do it right (-: ).

Any assitance would be appreciated.
