Hi ecnirp/Paul,
I think you'll be out of luck getting your DiTV replaced with a DiTV4000 series box.
The NTL infrastructure is not the same as that used in the ex-CWC areas. The ex-CWC infrastructure is however
the same as used by Telewest.
My understanding is that NTL are moving to the ex-CWC
infrastructure meaning that everyone will end up with DiTV1000s!
