I've just had a phone call from a One For All representative in response to my email. She said the same as in the email replies, but she also said that they were having difficulties because the codes were not standard IR ones. She said to contact them again in about a months time.

I hope that they manage to work out the codes. If they can't, then Philips probably wouldn't be able to either.
