Sunwave Remotes (Also known as UCommand, Proton, and SIMA) are excellent if you have all the original remotes but most do not contain code databases. Your DVD player will not work if you don't have the original remote for programming.
I don't have any experience with codes for Idall components; however, the SONY AV Series has a large database of codes and may be a better choice.
