Does anyone know if the silver Comcast 3 in 1 (picture: ) can learn IR commands from another remote? I used the UEI standard set-up codes. The remote learned macros using 995 code. When I used the IR learning 975 code, it gave a long blink. Is the Comcast remote unable to learn new codes?

If NO: None of the device codes in the manual are for DVRs. Is there a code for a SONY RDR-HX900?
