There are plenty of sites online that are selling this TV (like tigerdirect.com, so I don't know why they're saying it's not on the market.

And better yet, I've just noticed that we have a JP1 upgrade file for the Soyo DYLT037A 37" LCD HDTV. This model does indeed use the Proton protocol, and it pretty much matches the TV/0466 code that can be found in most "One For All" and "Radio Shack" remotes. There are several buttons missing from that code though, including the arrow buttons, so if you get an OFA or RS remote, you'd want to get one that supports advanced codes.

I'm not familiar with the UR4-DCT remote, so I don't know whether you should expect any of the Proton codes listed there to work or not. If you get a remote like the "One For All" URC-8910, you should be able to use TV/0466 to work most of the functions, and I could give you the advanced codes to work the ones that are missing.
Rob.
