I have a Philmore PM-RC9 I bought to run a Rogers Cable Explorer 3100 box (which it won't) and I stumbled on this post. I have the manual w/codes and even the original box... lol I will post scans of the important pages when I get a chance, scanner is actually in a closet right now.
