I have the manual but no way to post it as a pdf file. Please try : Auto Code Search method, e.g TV.
1. Manually turn on the device ( TV ).
2. Press and hold CODE search until red indicator stays on, then release the CODE search button.
3. Press and quickly release the TV button. The red indicator blinks off once.
4. Face the remote directly to TV.
5. Press the POWER on/off button down till the red indicator light stays on, then release your finger.
6. The red indicator will keep on flashing till TV turns off.
7. Press and release ENT ( enter ) to install the code before the next blinks.

This method applies to VCR, DVD etc. You may not know the direct code but it does not a matter as long as it works. Good Luck !

Yes, the INPUT button does not work and no way to use as TV/VCR button.
