Sony screwed up on this one. LCD buttons are NOT customizable and the predesigned selection of buttons doesn't cover the latest devices, not even for their own equipment. The thing is too BIG and can't be handled by one hand. The display is hard to read and the back light needs to be on all the time. Here's my ultimate test...I still can't put my array of six standalone remotes away, I am still picking them up. Just order a Phillips Pronto, no more probems, none.
