1. If it used to turn the tv and cable box off, and now it doesn’t, what caused it to change? Did you program something else, change tv’s, etc?
2. When you learn the command from the cable box remote, are you holding the button down until the 3000 beeps?
3. What brand tv, and what brand and model number of cable box?
