I am considering DISH as a content provider, so I have questions for the DISH people, but I would like to be armed with some facts before I contact DISH.

1. What is the difference between Hopper Duo and Gen 3?

2. Is the Gen 3 available if the household has just 1 TV?

3. Is YouTube and Prime Video available on Hopper Duo or Gen 3?

4. Can the DISH receivers still be controlled via IR?
