Just following and hoping for some insight. I am new to the RTI platform in general. I have a client who has Cox service here in Phoenix. Currently they are trying to run RTI to control the Cox Cable boxes, which I believe are Xi6 by Arris. I am currently having trouble controlling the boxes. Should I try loading Comcast/Xfinity codes for IR to work? Thanks in advance.
