If I show you what the rack looks like, you will know the answer to this. The whole reason they reached out to us was after continually having to replace amps. They had 3 amps stacked on each other without even a 1u space between them. Zero room for air to escape. Fan in the rack was not plugged in. Lacing bar? What is that? Its pretty darn bad. Client has no issues paying. They paid a good deal of money for this system. Its decent sized, just implemented by a company that does not have any real experience and took the money and ran.
