I have to correct you there. If you had stuffed a bunch of 1970s Pioneer, Kenwood, Marantz, or Sansui gear in to your storage unit, today you would be sitting on some gold.

Do an eBay search on Sold Items, for Pioneer SX-950, SX-1050, SX-1250, SX-1980; then Marantz 2275 and 2325; Sansui 8080DB, 9090DB, Kenwood KR-9600 for starters.

B&O doesn’t have the same rabid following, but there are some collectors out there.
