2020 Marantz and Denon receivers technically have an 8k input.... Unfortunatly, There is a bug in the HDMI chip. They dont work right. You get a black screen. They do not think it can be corrected with firmware. I have no idea if Marantz and denon plan to do anything about it at this point.
As mentioned above. Best to wait you are actually using 18Gbs+
