Not yet I don't think. The Yamaha RXV4a and 6a, and RXA2a are "shipping", but I think most of the features are to be enabled by a firmware update. I believe that includes 4k120, vrr, allm, etc. There was also a bug found with the receivers during initial testing that might make it a problem even after the update. Yamaha suggested that for the time being, connect PS5 or Xbox Series X directly to the TV, then use eARC to return audio to the AVR.
I think Marantz and Denon have some models announced but not sure they are available yet. Sony has not had a new AVR for a couple of years now and rumors are floating around that they may be exiting, at least partially, the AV market. Not sure what that actually means, but something to consider.
Honestly, if I were getting a new console and a new TV, I might wait until the next round of AVRs.
