Doorbird's app update adds better zone / motion control. The stainless steen doorbirds are much better quality than the plastic ones.
I like the doorbirds but then again, I use mostly the flush models. I only use the less expensive surface models when there is no other option.
Also... don't rely on the relay alone as they do have amperage limits. If you have a high draw electrified lock, you may need to use the relay out to trigger a secondary relay.
