I'm trying to reclaim my system from a dead dealer. There are none in my area now.

I got a ovrc-100-hub off ebay, but I can't get the latest firmware for it since I don't have a dealer code to log into snapav.com and the 2.2.x series that comes with it doesn't have the Scan and Delete options to reclaim devices on my network.

Snapav has been unhelpful on the phone thus far.

Is anyone here able to help me out in getting a firmware upgrade? ovrc-100hub_FW_5.1.0.4
