I'm working on a project for a company that produces premium quality LED tape products and accessories. They have had good success direct to retail. I have told them they need a different strategy to have success in the CI channel.

They are going to have a controller built so that their product can be controlled via serial or IP and fully integrated with all control systems. Today, the product integrates with Lutron and can be controlled via DMX.

Would appreciate learning who you use and how much of this type product you use. I've spoken with a few of you that put it on every job.
