If you don't need all 48 ports as poe, you could use injectors and a non poe switch. The guys at Poetexas.com make a bunch of single and multiport ones. We've used them in conference room av racks very successfully for power on HDBASE-T links. Tons of good info about poe on their site and they also super helpful at determining exactly what you need. I’m a network engineer and I was still surprised at how many different types of POE there actually are!
