Thanks for the information... sorry it's taken so long to respond.
I'm still confused about the process. I emailed back & forth with SnapAV tech support 2-3 times as well and it's still unclear how to do this.
The site does have an existing hub installed by the original dealer. It's the first generation hub and the default password has been changed so I don't have access to it.
I think I also have one or two of the original hubs in my parts box that were removed from sites when the router was upgraded to the new modem with OvrC built-in.
