I’ll look into that further. If it can be a router (issue ip addresses, dhcp, create a lan/subnet, be a firewall etc) that might be ideal. And maybe connect to other WiFi spots when a lan isn’t necessary to save data plan, might be ideal
I’ll also check into John’s MoFi recommendation.
