URC is still replacing MX-780 remotes at no cost, other than shipping to them.
I'm not sure that's still true. I thought I read that was ending.
Also, URC built the SNP1 and SNP2 and ended support on both after only a few years. They are paperweights now and cost more than almost any Sonos device. just sayin'
