Disagree with the last part. The features they're adding that require all this 'advanced code' aren't things that any of us probably want.
What do customers ALWAYS ask for? "Simple. I just want it to be simple." And Sonos used to be that, when you'd press 2 buttons on one unit and 2 buttons on the other and you were off to the races.
