I've had intermittnet connection issues with the 310 at my house and feel like I've experienced problems at 1-2 clients too.
WattBox auto-reboot didn't seem to recognize the issue to reboot the modem/router which is weird, but manually rebooting the router seemed to fix the problem for a few days or weeks.
I finally did some troubleshooting a few days ago when my connection at home dropped and found that it seemed to be a issue with DNS not resolving properly.
I emailed Snap tech and they responded in about 5 minutes seeming to have knowledge of the issue and recommended DNS changes to the WAN & LAN which seems to have fixed the problem.
They did mention an upcoming firmware update to correct whatever the underlying issue is.
