I have some I picked up at auction.

They were just some basic incandescant outdoor ones that sold at Lowe's Home Improvement, and the length is not long enough for the sun room project I have at the beach.

I also have two LED sets, but need to cut down the length to make a end to end length in order to go completely around the room without some overlap.

Anyone ever cut down the length of these things?

Just running these off of an outlet that is controlled by an old URC light switch, and don't need or want to dim them.
