So, I'm on the phone now for my client with DirecTV ready to cancel service. They are trying to upgrade, what a disaster DirecTV is now.
Years ago,DTV was the best.
Especially if you were doing distributed A/V.
I cringed everytime I had to deal with the old Dish DVR recievers with the second modulated "channel 3 out" BS when the client bought a new TV and wondered why the picture was worse than the main out.
Those days are long gone.
Dish stepped up to the plate and currently SMOKES anything DTV has to offer!
Normaly,I'd be reluctant to say that but I'm living with it in my own home and I'm pretty hard to impress when it comes to sat equipment.
You'll be impressed overall!
On a side note,tell Spencer hello for me.
I miss working with him!
