We are in the CI program and get top notch service...like call the dish guys that usually come out, call them at 3pm and they are onsite next morning getting us setup. I think it took Us a couple of phone calls and some paperwork to get started.
There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far.
