I do a great deal of Ubiquiti, Ruckus, and Aruba. I have never had Unifi have IP issues static or otherwise. Unifi has a very rich management and metrics UI - better than Ruckus imho. You are really talking about Airmax products for the PTP and PTMP connections. All depends on the layout. I think Airmax is better solution. You could look at Cambium as well - good stuff. Airmax, Cambium, Mimosa, etc... are all dedicated to the infrastructure spaces - and I feel do a bit better job. YMMV

You can miix and match as well. I have done Ubiquiti for the distribution layer (PTP and PTMP links) and used Ruckus for the access layer.
