Kind of a long story, but client moved in 6 months ago, said just swap the projector, they would deal with the screen later (budget etc). Being an old friend, I said ok, but... It was a clear, tight scope, just upgrade a handful of rooms. The whole office space is 2 floors in a large building. They didn't want to do a ton of updates just after they had signed their lease. (It's the only RMR I have, lol.)

In the room in question, there was an ancient (12-13yrs) AMX system that no one really wanted to play around with.
