New to RC, too. Please mention model numbers, though in this case I don't think it would have mattered.

Use some detective skills. I'm thinking of a couple of RTI charging stations. They have a connector for the power supply and a set of connectors that touch the remote when it's in the cradle. I don't think any charging stations use USB connectors for the charging power, because ordinary power connectors probably cost less than USB connectors. It definitely costs more to mount USBs.

Plus, you don't program the remote when it's in the cradle.

All this means there's no way to transfer any programming to the charging stations.

So, no.

It seems that pretty much everybody who puts LEDs on products like this have no concept that they're making them too bright. This is made worse by the fact that it took several decades after the invention of LEDs for blue ones to be developed, and once they became available, engineers seem to have gone nuts putting them everywhere... or maybe they seem to be everywhere just because they make them too bright.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
