I did a quick search for you and found this...
[Link: community.logitech.com]It would seem that the customer service at Harmony step up to the plate and provided IR codes, or could it be they are using IP? The posting doesn't mention either way.
But if I were you, check out an Harmony remote and see if it works. If it does, then learn the IR codes from it... that is if it's IR instead of IP.
