We are trying to set up the vlan scanning in the ovrc pro hub so that we can bring in our just add power devices for monitoring. We are using a Mikrotik router. We have a static route in the router and we can ping all the just add power devices on the network via a command line. The just add power devices are on subnet 172.16.0.0/16. When we add 172.16.0.199 with a subnet of 255.255.0.0 in the hub it scans all the ip addresses, but it does not find any just add power devices. It says we need to have the hub connected to a trunk port on the router or switch, but we can ping all subnets via command line from any port with no issue.

If anyone has been able to scan across subnets on the hub using a Mikrotik router please let us know how you did it.
