I get having certain products in the van for service, but having one or two pieces that are $400.00 each isn't something I'll be keeping on hand, sorry. Especially something that is having problems like these are having.
These are on the second version and having issues. It's not like one piece of equipment is going out and the client can use another source, etc. until we can get out to service it. These are bringing down whole rooms. In one case it brought down the whole network, can't exactly say "use the other network", more like we'll drop everything and be right over.
