When you buy into a product, like the Wattbox line, you should always have one or two sitting on the shelf or in the van for service calls. I feel this is the price of doing business. This is no fun but we always keep extra power distros and POE switches on the shelf. It is an inconvenience and it does tie up company resources but it is what you have to do. We have gone from Panamax BlueBolt, had a bunch die, to Pakedge P8s, had a bunch die, and we are now using Wattbox with OVRC. I love the OVRC line and have been very happy with it but we will always have one or two spare for that service call I never want.
