I just turned in a customers modem for them as we replaced it with a customer owned modem. I filmed the whole drop off at suddenlink and got the employee on video taking it from me and me asking if she needed anything else and her reply.
Sent the video to the client and backed it up to icloud. Not taking chances anymore. Also do this for returning RMA's and phones to assurion insurance.
