I see there is a Harmony Pro feature. But there isn’t much information on it. Can anyone elaborate on what it’s about?

Its the same product as the Elite. The main difference (for most users) is that the pro has a web based portal for managing multiple remotes/accounts...remotely. The rest of the bullet points wont matter to the average home owner/user.
