Hastens... they're all the rage here for people who can afford the best of the best.

They're hand made and stuffed full of horse hair.  I think they start around $30k with mid-range models costing $50-$60k.  The high-end are $130-150k.

It's not uncommon for a vacation house to have $250k or more worth of mattresses in it.

EDIT: I just looked it up and the top of the line Hastens is $149,000.  It weights 450 pounds and takes 320 hours to make.
