Recently had and old 600 where banks 2 and 3 died along with the network card and link to the separate front panel. Snap replaced it no questions asked, and I billed for MY time to the customer. This was after a large storm, so who knows, but the customer was happy to pay and Snap took care of me easy peasy.
Snap has always been good about replacing them, just sucks they go in the first place. These are the pieces that are supposed to keep the entire system going and going and going.
