On Friday we had issue's with 4 700-IPV-12 units.

First, we had a service call for a unit that was constantly turning the odd outlets on/off. They're sending a replacement. Still, this is unbillable time so we are out some $.

Next, on a brand new install we had 3 that would not turn off if the faceplate's were connected to them via their cat5 connection. As soon as you unplugged the Cat5 cable the controlled outlets would come on. If you plugged the Cat5 back in the outlets would all shut down. Protected, Grounded and Power indicator light next to the outlet on the faceplate were lit up blue but neither would display information as far as voltage/current. They're sending 3 replacement kit's as the guy wasn't sure if the WattBox themselves were the problem or the faceplate's. More unbillable time.
