It's amazing how many ways you found to not answer that question. To put it another way, here's what comes up when I right click on the youtube video. Which item tells my computer to download (and save) this video?

Do you use right click on your mouse? That often opens a whole new area of tricks that are very useful. One that I like is not having to re-write a post when a keyboard decides to highlight it and when the next key is pressed, it all disappears. Right click, select 'Undo' and it all comes back. Videos on YouTube can be copied, the URL shown and shared.
See? No answer. I think you don't know how to do it.
WRT lip synch issues- it would be great if we had access to SMPTE time code.
That would indeed be great. Better would be if we could then sync the time code of two devices. How helpless we'd feel if all we could do is tell exactly how far apart audio and video were!
