Any kind of actual manual adjustment is going to require reaching out and grabbing the lips of the person who is speaking. I don't think we're set up for this.
I have to apologize for that. It was a grossly unfair thing for me to write, especially right after james thanked me for some actual help and james provided the URL of a REALLY helpful file for use syncing audio and video.
