Funny i just had a company approach me with a similar deal. he has a company that meets with new homeowners thru various builder contacts and presents them with lists of various "approved" contractors that do flooring, landscaping, pools, security, AV, ect - and only have ONE per field. He essentially is asking for 10% of my gross revenue (pre tax) for giving someone my business card. He is not involved in the process at all afterwards. 10% off Gross seems a bit rich?
