Following along, as I am about to buy something similar myself...there was a thread from a long time ago where I think I remember someone saying they used the same device for speaker cabling, but it was too small for quad-shield RG6.
Was that something where the cables were fed through it during pre-wire, then the 'comb' was pulled toward the head end and wire ties installed along the way?
I'm thinking of making one- I have some sheet PVC that could be fastened to a joist and if I drill 3/4"" holes & round over the edges, it won't chafe.
